Comments:
it was pretty hot. 3 miles there were just painful. my breathing was fine and it wasnt like drop dead heat. but my ankle really was just killin me. felt like i was pounding the whole time but i wasnt my steps were actually pretty light. sharp stabing pain by shin muscle on the same leg. probaly one of the more physically painful runs ive had. need to ice. just really hoping this doesnt turn to a bad injury.
did strides at the park which actually wernt to bad. did them on grass. (saturdays strides hurt i think just cause i did them on concrete)
started using new shoes today.
