6:30 Grind

Comments:
Woke up at 6:30 to get my morning grind on. Ran G-Spot and added on another mile in my neighborhood to make it a little over 11. Did strides and then got a sick lift in in my basement. Life is good. Off to the beach, 80 miles down this week.
