Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I was Mountain Hawking today. Killing it at the loaf, didn't feel hard at all. I was barely breathing hard on the last two times up (me and Mikey did four today). I did three sets of stairs, and Mikey did two. He cheered me on for the last one, and I got that end of workout high five. I flew up the stairs on all three. It's all getting easier. I should have seriously run slow on my easy runs last summer, or at least without a watch. It's my new dig. Mikey threw up all over the top of the mountain. It was badass.
