Weather: 80 and windy
Comments:
Didn't go too far today because I had my pt appt earlier. He told me that I was shifting my weight too much away from the bone I broke in my foot which was triggering poor alignments in my other joints and causing the pain. Felt better after fixing my form, so hopefully tmrw feels better too.
