Comments:
I've been wanting to get a few tempo/steady state pace runs in before we head back, so thought I would try one today. I ran on a treadmill anyway because i couldn't run in the morning or evening, so I did about 3 to warm-up at 6:45 pace. And then 4 at about 5:50 pace, before cooling down. Felt pretty good.
