ankle actually didnt hurt at all today. taking yesterday off plus icing really did it for me. thank god was scared it was going to end worse.
well anyways todays threshold sucked. just really hard for some reason. was EXHAUSTED when i finished. first mile was 4 seconds slow next two were right on. then did a mile cooldown.
then i doubled . i went out at like 7:15pm and it was still hot as hell the whole run was just really hot. felt relaxed but just felt tired still from the workout. bout7:50 pace i would say.
