Comments:
Felt OK. Still not quite all back. Can really tell on short recovery and really fast things. Do not quite have the speed back yet. To do 3 x mile (6:05-6:10), 3 x 1K (3:35) and 3 x 400 (sub 80). Went 6:09, 6:10, 6:17 (weird...really fell off the last 800 (3:10)). I did 800s rather than 1000 for confidence since the last mile got me and my breathing is not all back yet. 2:53, 2:52, 2:53 and the 400s in 77.5, 77.2, 77.0. I should be hitting under 75 no problem but the speed will come back when my lungs are totally clear. Not bad, and moving in the right direction. (Jogs 1 min, 2 min, 3 min in cooldown mileage)
