Comments:
workout wednseday with nick, shane, and jimmy. We originally had thought we hit the mile in 5:06 and i was like holy shit. But i realized this morning that we didn't start as far back as we normally do so the mile was probably closer to 5:20 for us. I'd say we averaged about that the whole way. Totaled 10 miles for the day.
