Comments:
After yesterdays slaughter, I wanted to get back at this distance and prove to myself I can do it. Started off real slow, and steady. My right leg/calf/anterior shin muscles were tight, as well as my hamstring, so i kept it slow, stuck with the pain, and it eventually went away. Good run, @ 8.5 k i felt my speed come out, and my legs were really loose, and felt like going quick. Im proud of myself for sticking to this.
