Comments:
Knowing that it would be 100 by five p.m., I set out on a run at 3:00 and to speak candidly it was probably just as miserable. I felt like my form was good, but the pace was rather sluggish. After I did super-people, bridges, pushups and six striders, which were the highlight of this day of training.
