3 minutes up; 1 minute up, rest 1 minute (x3); 1 minute up, rest 1 minute (x3); all the way to the top (4:22);
I was ahead of Gen and a few of the guys on the 3 minutes, then she was ahead on all the 1 minute intervals, and on the last one I kicked it in and beat her to the top, but we were together most of the way. I feel good about the workout overall. I need to get used to pushing myself again and staying positive. I'm excited for Genevieve. Even though I didn't do my best, I'm in better shape and more prepared that I was before.
