Hill Circuits, Episode III: Attack of Shaggy the Dog

Weather: hot and sunny - not as muggy though

Comments:
my legs felt pretty tired on the first few hills but got better as I went along. faster than last week - it was hotter but not as muggy as last time so that probably helped. shaggy, the dog, and I had a little encounter on W. Burgess Street, but no injuries this time. felt really good on the last 3-4 hills so I tried to push it more at the end. (26:28 first half)

then we went to Coach Sherry's and I swam in her pool!
