great run!!!these are the days that really make me love running. weather was really nice. ran based off of time. was pushing the pace the whole run. probaly was on 7:40-745 pace. maybe even a couple 7:35 miles. nice easy first mile and then just picked it up and then last mile was nice and relaxed to.
did strides. sorry forgot about them all week. now i have to do them today and tomorrow. sorry about that.
