5a.m. run to awaken our legs. Coach autry kept telling me to stop going "college pace" however i was only going about 8 minute mile pace at first for the warmup. we did a WU then 800jog 800surge 800jog the girls picked it way up on the surge (thank God!)i dont remember the times though. it was refreshing though! we followed it with a killer ab workout and a good breakfast :)
