Good tempo. 30:40 for the middle 2 miles.
Feel like:
Need to stretch more
Add core strength
Both should help lengthen stride
and help me from keeping center of
gravity above my foot strike, not behind!
Tempo feels good. Limited by stride length
and breaking with my foot plant.
