Exercise Type: Weights
Comments:
Range of motion - started with hamstrings and quads - both hamstring machines 5X 15 at one and two par settings with alternating leges and both legs only on heavier wt. 20X15 sit up bench, 3X15 torso bends, ball on the wall and leg exerciese, lat pull downs 5 X 15 3 sewttings. crossed leg lift did not hurt. Am taking anti-inflamattory as directed by the bull rider doc.
