Comments:
I cross trained Friday through Sunday to let my knee recover and give time for the pain to go away, and I also bought a knee brace which definitely helped to stabilize my knee during my run. Today was also my first run off the track so hopefully my knee feels good tomorrow and I can start logging consistent miles.
