Run-walking with Emily on the track!

Weather: 1800: Pretty nice!

Comments:
The idea was to keep Emily moving for three miles, which I did. Now we just need to make more of the three miles running and less of it walking. I imagine that at most, about 1.25 miles were faster than walking today. I ran a quick quarter and the 100M sprints with the XC team afterwards.
