Should limit my goals to one fortnight at a time, I think...
Week of July 30: Finish the two-week course of Aleve. Aim for a second week of 30-35 miles with no more than one off day. Keep up with strength and stay more focused on lower back. Stop fooling myself that I'm going to go into the weight room or just go, already. Striders every few days, but stop trying to do strong runs unless they are organic, impromptu affairs. Ice daily.
Week of August 6: Run 35-40 miles. Regular striders, strength and icing. A long run over 70 minutes.
Week of August 13: Maybe 40 if knees aren't going backwards. Race Alumni Challenge and see the Dr.
