Aqua Jogging

Comments:
Went to the pool around 7:30 today with the boys to get in a 90 minute aqua jog session. it went well and the time went by fairly quick. These little asian kids were messing with us which was kind of frustrating/funny. It was a good workout. I want to start aqua jogging a few times a week to get some extra work in. Unfortunately that is impossible when I work so we will see what happens at school. 17 more days until its time for lehigh
