Workout. threshold. decent weather no sun but it felt humid. it was a continuous 20min on the path. splits were 634 631 620. last one was on pace the first half mile second half was were we went to fast. wasnt feeling it today i paced for a while but anthony did most of the pacing today.also did hill strides.
