Comments:
well this was an experience...met with the VHS teem to do a tempo with them. Going to do 3x par course. Halfway through the first one.....we saw a bear so nix that idea. So instead, we were gonna do 2x park road (roughly 1.4 miles with half of it a pretty serious gradual uphill getting steeper as it goes). Do one loop at 7 min pace....then all hell breaks loose with black sky, lightening, and tornado like winds.
