ran with chris after work. i was feeling kind of tired going into and during the run. maybe i'm just not getting enough sleep or something. i can't wait for this week to be over. except i've got all this work to do! why couldn't this happen when i was doing nothing last week? anyways, it'll be over one way or another. i'm done with 10+ mi runs until long run, so that will be nice. the run really wasn't that bad, i was just tired out the door and towards the end. i got into a rhythm during the run and forgot about it. in other news, i think i've mostly planned mileage for next week: 12,8,12,9,8,18,8. should be manageable--at least for a week--, and then i'll take a down week before preseason.
stretch, chocolate milk, olympics.
also just realized that i hit a mileage high for the month--295! previous high was 270 in march and october of the past year. trial of miles, miles of trials.
