Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Pretty exhausted physically after the run last night. Did a very slow (yet not so easy) upper lower drive, then went to the island and back swimming for my cross training today. Then did the 100 pushups, 2 min plank, 2 min hips, and 20 pull-ups to get that out of the way early today. Probably going to run later too
