Comments:
Met at TJ at 7 to run with Shane, Stephen, and Nick Huang, our surprise guest today. We did a three mile warmup by running the TJ XC course and then got after a 20 minute tempo. 5:06 first mile meant that we are in better shape than we though because it felt pretty easy. Stephen and I led and came through 2 miles in 10:23. We ran down to Schifferstadt when we got back to TJ and kept going. We made it very close to 4 miles, and I was feeling great. I did a 6 mile cooldown to give myself 12 miles on the day. Not too shabby.
