Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran the mountain 4 times and did stairs with the boys. Ryan Hub and Nick added to our crew today, but Nick stopped after two times up. Shane and Stephen and Ryan did three times up. Mikey went the distance with me. The stairs were pretty tough today, and I was much more tired afterwards than I usually am on Mondays. The hike down felt shitty and Shane rolled his ankle which didn't help. Me and Steve sat with him for a while while Mikey an Ryan went to get a car. When we realized Shane was gonna be fine we decided to run down and finish our miles for the day. We got Shane from a stranger's car and drove back down. Life is good.
