Comments:
Did Fartleks today but reduce what they were doing. I did one 400 at 68 then two 200s at 33. Each set was one 400 and twp 200s and In between there was a mile long recovery at 6:24 pace but I slowed it to 7. I felt sore from all the lunges that we had done the previous day. It was 60 lunges, 30 forward and 30 backwards.
