Weather: Humid but cooler and cloudy

Comments:
This whole run was just bad. Really tired and some cramp up the hills. The cooldown just felt terrible and I had tons of cramp. I did three set of drills (three times)and 3 continuous hills interchangeably. There are so many long gradual hills around here it wasn't hard to find one. Myrtle, LM, H/T Walks.
