Comments:
first run in heat of mid-day in a while, need to acclimate to that before preseason. had to take run slow/easy due to new shoes, the heat, and feeling sluggish. new shoes felt great. also tossed in some barefoot running/strides post-run, which i'll do tomorrow as well. hard workout tomorrow morning with teddy.
