Rollers

I named this 12 mile loop I do rollers because the entire thing is just rolling hills. Barely any flat ground. I was planning on going 15 today but mikey hurt his foot so we just finished the loop and didnt add on. I gapped mikey and visited pound town. I didnt feel great, but i didnt feel bad either. The last mile or two i was feeling pretty bad. I am starting to question whether or not I am in as good as shape as I need to be/ i was last year at this point. Hopefully this going slow on runs is paying off. My legs arent sore and they dont hurt but they are just dull. I guess its worth noting that I am in lieu of the most miles I have ever run in a week before. Previously the most I had ever done was 70 and that was last year at camp week. Right now I am at 64 and still have my long run of 15 tomorrow. So that will put me at 79 and I am debating on whether or not I should shake out a little bit in the morning. We will see how my legs feel when I wake up.
