Weather: high 60's chance of rain/thunder
Comments:
ran Galloway style :45 walk 1:15 run. had a tough run because I forgot to eat breakfast and lunch - had a Cliff bar pre-run and GU packet mid-run. Did not eat until after the run - bad mistake.
