Weather: hot, little bit of wind

Comments:
3 lap warm up/1M cool down.
3x1000m @ goal 3:07 (3:08.1, 3:06.9, 3:09.9)
w/400m jog recovery, then 2x400m @ goal 69 (68.8, 67.2) w/400m jog recovery. Felt pretty good, but I'm tired and legs are drained. Had to work too hard on the 1000m repeats.
