at tempo triangle with teddy, 7 am. felt stiff in the beginning, but loosened up and got more comfortable after mile 2. for the most part was on teddy's shoulder after mile 2 since he sped it up a bit. minor hills on this loop. feeling strong after this one. 5:27, 5:22, 5:22 (1.02 miles, mostly downhill), 5:25 . though this was definitely a hard effort, my heart rate was under 160 at the end of it so that's good
all tweaks felt great again, new shoes are working well.
