Comments:
I warmed up .3 and pushed hard for the next 2 miles. I finished up with a slow jog. Felt my ab workout though, my upper stomach ached some which didn't help my breathing but otherwise a good run. I walked the last couple hundred feet home to cool down. Hard run.
