*During mile 6 and the beginning of 7, I felt pretty tired. Because of this, I decided to back off my gradual effort progression. The pace slowed a little and my HR only increase 1 bpm. However, it was enough to help me regain my composure and set up the rest of the my. My HR then decreased and the rest of the run felt great.
