Long Run

August 5, 2012 (Morning)

Exercise Type: Run

First run in 5 days. This is really bad, but I didn't really have a choice because I've been traveling. These long runs are the most important thing to get in for the marathon so I don't think I set myself back too much. Dragged a bit this week compared to last week, but I was still around 7 minute pace. With Petro for the last 6 miles, which helped drag me through.

Callus at the bottom of my foot is really pissing me off. I need to stop and adjust my sock every 4ish miles.
