A GOOD RUN :)

I had a massive headache most of the weekend that was killing me all day today. but I've also stayed super duper hydrated all day and had to pee about every 20 minutes. I got home and took Ibuprofen (more than you're supposed to take - super effective!! kids don't try this at home). I also ate some food because I'm learning the hard way that I absolutely CANNOT run when I am the least bit hungry. so after a five mile run with megan I already had to pee and eat again. so I stopped and did those things. then I left my house again. ran down to the football field and did a barefoot mile followed by three striders down the long length of the field. It felt amazing; I love barefoots and the turf is so perfect. I felt like my feet weren't even touching the ground. There was some kind of soccer game started but they didn't mind that I was running around their warm-up. The ref even thought that I was a player and was pointing and laughing and confused about how much warm-up I was doing. And probably also about how I wasn't wearing a shirt and looked like I'd already run probably about 7 miles. Because I had. Then ran back up through campus, stopping to talk to Kristen, who was walking home from work. Got home and had to pee again and eat a lot more. The End.
