I'm sorry that I haven't been providing commentary lately. My internet has been pretty haywire. I have felt really bad for the last two weeks but these past few days have been great. I think it may have something to do with the weather, but it has made all the difference in the world. I am doing a long run tomorrow and a race this weekend. The last few weeks have been rough, but I am starting to get motivated again.
