Greater Boston Track Club run from lexington. solid pace, felt pretty good today except some side stitching and a short, sharp pain in a different part of my right hip (towards the front). i think i stepped on a root the wrong way, i'll need to monitor that. planned day off tomorrow, much needed. 4x200 strides at moderate pace after the run
