Comments:
2x4x300. first set they were all in 51 with 100m jog (~35-40s rest), 4 min. full recovery, next set was 46.6, 46.6, 45.0, 44.0 with 2min rest. felt good! still got it. I like this workout, but I think next week I'll stretch it out to 5 or 6 on the first set. It's a really nice rhythm workout for the first set.
