Comments:
4.3? this is a total estimation...I forgot how many loops I did... This seems slow for a fartlek to me but I'd rather underestimate then over...
Cross training/core:
Never got to my swim, could have gone out after practice but my thighs are rather tired and I would rather get a good workout in tomorrow instead of killing myself tonight.
