Comments:
First decent running since I left for GW, which is explains why it didn't go as fabulous as possible. I did what I could with what fitness I had. My back really hurt during the 1.5 mile time trial. Then 4x150 accelerators and hill workout thingys. Cooldown includes 2.1 mile warm up because my warmup thing won't load.
