Drove down to the park this morning to get a long run in but I guess my body really isnt used to the morning yet, by the third mile my ass was done. I wasn't even breathing and my legs were just so tired for some reason, ugh. Made it to 5 1/2 and just stopped haha, couldnt handle it. Hopefully after work I'll get the rest of the mileage in, not too pleased but no sense on harping on the past yaknow?
