Comments:
8 min, then 4x4 min at labyrinth trails with 1 minute rest. Was going to do 8 min, 4 min, 12 min but the first 4 minutes were way too fast which forced me to take more rest with the threshold. kind of unhappy about that stupid move. 1 lap of kennedy is .75 miles, but the sand and mud all over the trail definitely slows things down. doing this right after work didn't help either. last rep was pretty tough, almost all uphill. good effort though, it was very tiring and got in a quality 24 minutes of hard running. next week will be something like a 5 mile/2x2.5 mile threshold with teddy
