Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Seven miles with Jen and Daisy. Our times weird cause we ran for a bathroom break. We also did a lap at the park to make it about 7 miles. 6x100 strides after to contribute to the 7. I felt like I was working a lot to hit the pace on the run but it felt really good and not difficult. The barefoot strides really hurt my feet and my knee and my toe hurt to walk on for a little bit afterwards. Successful first E run.
