Comments:
Did a long workout and ran the course then did drills and everything. My knee was swollen so I coulnnt really bring it up. Even in drills. During the race it was thoroughly bothering me and at the end when I attempted to kdick I wasn't able to.I went on a long cooldown for mileage after.
