Workout day. Threshold and hills. My right shin was bothering me a bit throughout the threshold and hill workout. But besides that i just felt sore and exhausted. 7.25 miles on the day. I was pretty much on during the workout except for my first mile i was fast. Splits: 5:59, 6:04, 6:05
