Comments:
1.5 warmup.3 threshold. 1.5 of hills. 1.5 of total cooldown from 1.5 back to fitness center.
threshold was a bit fast. goal 626. hit 623 623 and 620 last one i thought we would fall off due to wind so i picked it up. threshold actually wasnt to bad. but hills always just destroy me. after the 2nd set i was feeling it. just pushed thru. over decent day. except that surprise vern after two workouts.i was just like wtf-___- wateves though.
