Comments:
Mile warm up, three mile threshold at 7:25 pace. I took it out too fast and ruined it for Jen and Bettine. Also the wind sucked weewee on the way back. Then 1.5 miles of hills. And a half mile cooldown. I felt really tired but not too bad.
