Weather: WINDYYY!!! terrible wind made me feel so slow! wet and rainy! but cooled off nicely
Comments:
overall good workout. was hoping to hit about 3:30 for each 800 and did faster than that on all of them...without the wind probably could have went 3:10ish for all of them..i guess i'm faster than i think? jogged one lap between each 800 and took two minutes "rest" after each jog lap, giving me about 4 min of recovery between 800. the 2.5 warmup is actually 1.25 warmup and 1.25 cooldown..running log wouldn't let me log all my intervals haha
